By creating an account or using 1313 Green App you agree to these terms.
Your account
Give a real phone number you control, keep your password secret, and do not let others use your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Be respectful
You agree not to post or send anything that is:
- Hateful, threatening, harassing or bullying
- Sexually explicit, or that involves minors in any unsafe way
- Violent, graphic or that encourages harm
- Illegal, fraudulent, or a scam
- Spam, or an advertisement posted without permission
- Someone else's content that you do not have the right to share
- Private information about other people
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you give us permission to store and show it in the app. You promise you have the right to share it.
Removal and reports
Members can report content. We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, without notice. Decisions are made by the administrators.
Availability
The app is provided free and "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for losses from using it, to the extent allowed by law. Keep your own copies of photos and videos you care about.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
