Child Safety Standards

1313 Green App has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The app is for people aged 18 and older only.

Our standards

• We prohibit any content, account or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, grooms or endangers children. This is stated in our Terms of Use.
• The app is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We remove accounts we find belong to children.
• We do not allow sharing of sexual content involving minors in posts, photos, videos, voice messages or chats.

How to report a problem

• Inside the app, use the Report button on any post or profile.
• You can also email us directly at sundayonche31@gmail.com.
• Reports about child safety are treated as the highest priority.

What we do when we find it

• We review reports and remove the content right away.
• We permanently remove the account that posted it. Administrators can remove any post and any user.
• We preserve what is needed and report child sexual abuse material to the proper authorities, including law enforcement and, where required, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

We follow the child protection and online safety laws that apply to us, including the laws of Nigeria, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
