This policy explains what information 1313 Green App ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
1313 Green App is run by Sunday Ugbede Onche, based in Kano State, Nigeria. You can contact us at sundayonche31@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: your phone number (used as your login), your password (stored in scrambled form, never readable by us), your display name, bio and profile photo.
- Content you share: posts, photos, videos, comments, reactions, friend requests, chat messages and reports you send about other content.
- Usage information: when you were last active in the app, so friends can see that you are online.
- Device information: basic technical data your browser sends, such as browser type, and cookies or local storage used to keep you logged in.
How we use it
- To create your account and let you log in.
- To show your posts, profile and online status to other members.
- To keep the community safe, handle reports and enforce our Terms.
- To maintain and improve the app.
Who can see what
Your display name, photo, bio, posts and online status are visible to other registered members. Your phone number is not shown to other members. Chat messages are stored on our servers and may be reviewed by an administrator when needed to handle reports or keep the community safe.
Where it is stored
We use Cloudflare, a cloud provider, to run the app and to store account data, posts and uploaded files. Data is transferred over encrypted connections.
Payments
Advertisers can pay for ads through Paystack, a payment provider. Paystack collects the card or bank details on its own secure page. We do not see or keep your card details. We keep only the business name, email, phone number, what you want to promote, and the payment reference and amount, so we can publish your ad and give you a receipt. Reward payments to members are made by bank transfer after a claim, and we use the details only to pay you.
Advertising and cookies
We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses data and manage ad personalisation at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and adssettings.google.com. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
- You can edit your profile and change your password in the app.
- You can delete your own posts at any time.
- You can delete your account and all your data inside the app (Profile, then Account & password, then Delete my account), or follow the steps on our Delete account page. You can also email sundayonche31@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
