Group chat etiquette

The group lounge lets everyone talk together. A few habits keep it pleasant.

• Say hello first. A friendly greeting sets the tone.
• Stay on topic and avoid flooding the chat with repeated messages.
• Be kind. Everyone reads the lounge, including people who do not know you yet.
• Keep private details private. Never post phone numbers, addresses or other people's personal information in a group.
• Report problems instead of arguing. Use the report option so an administrator can step in.

Group messages are stored on our servers, and administrators may review them when handling a report.
